Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of TG-Ab and TPOAb with depression and anxiety in patients with hyperthyroidism (HT).Methods With Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), 80 HT patients were assessed and divided into two groups based on the score.The concentrations of TG-Ab and TPOAb were detected by using electrochemiluminescence method.Results A comparison between the depression and non-depression group showed that the difference between the levels of TG-Ab and TPOAb was significant (t = 2.690,2.104;P＜0.01,0.05).Between the anxiety and non-anxiety, the level of TG-Ab was different between the two groups (t=2.290,P＜0.05).Conclusion Emotional disorder is related to the occurrence of hyperthyroidism.关键词
