Abstract
[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI. [ Method ] On the basis of single test,the extraction process was optimized through L9(34) orthogonal test. [Result] The optimum extraction process was as follows:2.50 gdried powder of FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI,60% alcohol as extractant,solid -liquid of 85 ℃,extraction duration of 2 h,under the above condition the yield rate of total flavonoids reached as high as 6.215%. [ Conclusion] Ethanol reflux method was proved to be stable and reliable for extracting total flavonoids from FRUCTUS LIGUSTRI LUCIDI.关键词
