气质联用法测定洋葱中有机磷类及拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量
Determination of the Residue of the Organic Phosphorus and Pyrethroid Pesticide in Onion by GC-MS
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The technical support for the test of the organophesphate and pyrethroid pesticides in the onion was provided. [ Method] The extraction method of the agro-chemical component in onion and the impurity-removal from it were explored based on the technique of addition and recovery. [ Result] The method of GC-MS was established for the residue-testing of the organophosphate and pyrethroid pesticides in the on ion. The adding concentration in the method was 0. 10 and 0. 01 mg/kg, the average recovery was 73.9％ - 109.9％, the relative standard deviation was 1. 49％ - 11.20％, the detection limit was 0. 002 -0.010 mg/kg. [ Conclusion ] The method was sensitive and accurate, with the synchronous character of qualitative and quantitative test, which provided a new removal way of the sulfide interference in the determination of pesticide residues in the onion.关键词
