愈疡胶囊对乳腺增生大鼠雌激素影响的实验研究
The Experimental Study of Yuyang Capsule on the Estrogen in the Heperphasia of Mammary Gland Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate Yuyang Capsule in treating mammary glands and its mechanism. Methods Adult female virgin rats were randomly divided into control group.model control group,positive control group and Yuyang Capsule group,8 rats in each group. In addition to the control group, the use of progesterone, estradiol benzoate intramuscular injection method combined rat and animal models of breast cancer were administered, using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay of serum progesterone levels to detect estradiol in breast tissue alcohol receptor content; by HE staining for histological examination and evaluation of breast. Results Compared with the control group , model control group, serum progesterone levels decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0. 01 ) , estrogen receptor content of hreast tissue was significantly higher( P ＜ 0. 01 ),breast biopsy are typical hyperplasia; the Yuyang Capsule treatment, serum progesterone levels increased significantly ( P ＜ 0. 05) , estrogen receptor content of breast tissue decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0. 01) , breast biopsy in a typical situation has markedly improved breast cancer. Conclusion Yuyang Capsule can significantly inhibit the proliferation of rat mammary gland, and its mode of action may be by regulating the body’ s hormone levels in rats, diminished estrogen and progesterone in the breast of the biological effects.关键词
