膀胱尿路上皮癌中Livin和Smac蛋白表达及意义
Expression and clinical significance of Livin and Smac in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To detect the expression of Livin and Smac and to discuss their clinical significance in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder. Methods : The expression of Livin and Smac were detected in 73 urothelial carcinoma of the bladder tissues and 21 normal bladder mucosa tissues by Western-Blot. Results :The expression rate of Livin in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder tissues (37. 0％) was significantly higher than that in normal bladder mucosa tissues (0％). The expression rate of Smac in normal bladder mucosa tissues (100％) was significantly higher than that in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder tissues (79. 5％). The expression rate of Livin in relapse tumors was higher than that in primary tumors. The expression rate of Smac in T1 was higher than that in T2 ～ T4. The expression of Livin was significantly negatively correlated to the expression of Smac in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and normal bladder mucosa (r= -0. 604 , P＜0. 05).Conclusion: Livin and Smac are closely related to the occurrence, progression and recurrence of urothelial carcinoma of the bladder, which may become new targets for cancer therapy.关键词
