四膜虫有性生殖过程中特异表达基因TCD3的序列分析
Sequence Analysis of Conjugation Specific Expressed TCD3 from Tetrahymena thermophila
摘要
Abstract
The protein which contains CHROMO(chromatin organization modifier)domain participates the regulation of chromatin structure.Conjugation specific expressed TCD3(Tetrahymena chromo domain-containing protein 3)gene was obtained by bioinformatics from Tetrahymena genome database( www.ciliate.org).The microarray data showed TCD3 gene was conjugation specific expressed.The ORF of TCD3 contained 1005 bp,and the macronuclear chromosome counterpart fragment was 1241 bp including two introns.5'RACE showed 5'untranslated region(5' UTR)of TCD3 contains 40 bp,3'RACE showed 3'untranslated region(3' UTR)of TCD3 contains 90 bp.Deduced Tcd3 protein encoded 334 amino acids and included one CHROMO domain.The cluster analysis of CHROMO domain implies Tcd3 might involved in the heterochromatin formation and DNA elimination.关键词
