莲藕多糖的降血糖活性及对体内抗氧化能力的影响
Hypoglycemic Activity of RHIZOMA NELUMBINIS NUCIFERAE Polysaccharide and Its Effect on In Vivo Antioxidant Activity
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the hypoglycemic efficiency of RHIZOMA NELUMBINIS NUCIFERAE polysaccharide on diabetic rats, and its in vivo antioxidant activity. [ Method ] Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were used to be animal model, and normal control group, diabetes control group,glybenzcyclamide control group,and low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group of RHIZOMA NELUMBINIS NUCIFERAE polysaccharide were employed in this study. [ Result] RHIZOMA NELUMBINIS NUCIFERAE polysaccharide showed efficacies on relieving emaciation of diabetic rats,lowering blood sugar and promoting the glucose endurance of diabetic rats. In addition,it also possessed effects on increasing SOD activity of diabetic rats'liver,kidney and pancreas etc. ,and on reducing the content of MDA. [ Conclusion] This study provides theoretical evidence for the development of new natural hypoglycemic drugs.关键词
