摘要
Abstract
Through analyzing the operation mechanism innovation of energy conservation and environmental protection industry, the target, content and path of operation mechanism innovation were analyzed deeply. Based on this, the new operation mechanism were designed from three aspects, namely, development mechanism,financing and investment mechanisms.关键词
