摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To study the effect of hal gene on swine reproductive performance. [ Method ] The genotypes of the hal gene in sows were detected using PCR- RFLP technology. The effect on born quantity and alive born quantity by hal gene were analyzed. [ Result] The total born quantity of sows bringing hal gene in NN genotype were not significantly different with sows bringing hal gene in Nn and nn genotype( P ＞ 0.05).The alive born quantity of sows bringing hal gene of NN and Nn genotype were significantly different with sows bringing hal gene of nn genotypel ( P ＜0.05 ). The total born quantity and alive born quantity of sows with hal gene in different genotypes showed a tend of NN ＞ Nn ＞ nn. [ Conclusion] Sow reproductive performance was affected by hal gene.关键词
