Abstract
Yunnan is China's most important and largest “Two-smoke” production base, and tobacco has become the pillar industry in Yunnan.At present, however, facing with deepening degree of internationalization of the domestic market and still lasting global financial crisis, the operation of "China - ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA)" is completed by schedule in 2010, and full implementation of "Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC)" in 2011 and other new circumstances are carried out, tobacco economy of Yunnan is faced with a variety of external threats while enjoying its own strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities. Therefore, based on SWOT analysis of Economic Development of Tobacco in Yunnan, the measures to meet the challenge to promote healthy economic development of Yunnan tobacco are proposed.关键词
