摘要
Abstract
Based on the average wind speed data from 1980 to 2009 in Kazuo, the annual changing principle of wind speed was analyzed. The wind energy resourees and the wind data were analyzed in Kazuo. The results indicated that the wind energy resource in Kazuo was in State Level 2 standard. the wind energy redource was retatively rich in Kazuo.There were broad prospects for development and utilization.关键词
