达芬奇机器人系统辅助左半结肠切除术
Robot-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy with Da vinci system for colonic cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of robot-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy with Da vinci system for colonic cancer. Methods: Three patients with colonic cancer received robot-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy from May to Nov. 2010. Their operative methods and postoperative recovery were summarized. Results:All operations were performed successfully. There was no postoperative complications. The operative time was 150-190min, the blood loss was 50-80ml. Conclusions: Rohet-assisted laparoscopic left hemicolectomy is safe and feasible for left colonic cancer.关键词
