Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic enterostomy. Methods:A total of 33 patients received laparoscopic enterostomy from Jul. 2008 to Jul. 2010. After the operatioas,8 patients received return of stoma. Results: Among the 33 patients, single lumen enterostomy was 26 cases, double lumen enterostomy was applied in 7 cases. Colon enterostomy was 29 cases, intestinal enterostomy was applied in 4 cases. The mean operation time was 60min (35-90rain). The mean operative blood loss was 10ml (5-20ml). The postoperative follow-up was 1-12 months. There was no stoma stenosis, retraction or other complications. 8 cases received laparoscopic return of stoma. The mean operative time was 50min(38-65min) and the mean operative blood loss was 30ml ( 15-55ml). Patients were followed up 1 to 6 months ,there was no complications such as anastomotic leakage,anastomotic stenosis, or intestinal obstruction. Conclusions:The laparoscopic extraperitoneal enterostomy is safe and feasible with advantages of less stoma comphcations, when the surgeons are skilled in both open colorectal cancer operation and laparoscopic surgery, and indications are strictly mastered.关键词
