摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the efficacy of one port laparoscopic operation high of hernial sac in treatment of children's indirect inguinal hernia. Methods:Clinical data of the 20 patients underwent laparoscopic high of hernial sac transfixion were analyzed retrospectively. Resuits:Laparoscopic operation was performed successfully on all cases. The mean operation time was 15 min. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 2.5d. No recurrence testicular retraction, atrophy, necrosis or canceration was found during the follow-up of 3-12 months. Conclusions:One port laparoscopic operation in treatment of children's indirect inguinal hernia is a safe and reliable method with minor pain, small incisions and rapid recovery.关键词
