Full Counting Statistics in Side-coupled Double Quantum Dot
摘要
Abstract
The full counting statistics(FCS)of electron transport through side-coupled quantum dot is studied based on an efficient particle-number-resolved master equation.Super-Poissonian noise is observed when the ratio between the inter-dot hopping coupling and dot-lead coupling is smaller than a certain value(about 1/3),and can be used to underst and the mechanism of effective fast and slow transport channels.Moreover, the effect of the quantum coherence of the system on the FCS plays an important role in the weak inter-dot hopping coupling regime,which depends on the corresponding dot-lead coupling.关键词
