Reseach and Appliacation Progress on Lipases
摘要
Abstract
Lipase is a kind of enzymes, which can catalyze hydrolization, alcoholysis, transesterification, hydrogenolysis and indirect oxidoreducfion transesterification in some reaction. It also is used to hydrolyze racemie mixture and synthetize ester and peptide bond. Lipases is widely applied in food, chemical industry, medical science, environmental protection, dynamophore exploitation and other industries. The origins of lipases,mechanism of action and application are introduced and its future research direction are suggested in the paper.关键词
