Abstract
The characteristics of the power plants and the power grid structure should be considered in regional power system black start scheme selection.Based on the statistics of the central and southern Guangzhou Power Grid, the black start sources and routes are studied in detail.Calculation results for problems such as over voltage and inrush current during black start are presented.It is shown that gas turbine generator set should be selected as the black start source plant and the voltage of the generator should be lowered to avoid the switching on over voltage of no load lines and transformers.The high level of the plant electric consumption is preferred to reduce the inrush current effects.The scheme presented here played an important role in power supply scheme for the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.关键词
