Abstract
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasonography combined with molybdenum target on different degrees of atypical breast hyperplasia . Method: 47 patients ( 56 focus ) of different degrees of atypical breast hyperplasia approved by operation or needle biopsy guided by B-ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Color doppler ultrasonography and molybdenum target were processed during the same period. Compared with the pathological results, the diagnostic value and character of the two examination methods for atypical breast hyperplasia were analyzed. Result: Different degrees of atypical breast hyperplasia: 44 focus were mild to moderate ,7 focus were moderate to serious ,5 focus were serious.The correct rate of diagnosis by color doppler ultrasonography alone, molybdenum target alone, and the combined application of the two methods was 87.5％ , 73.2％, 94. 6％ .respectively. Conclusion: There is some character of ultrasound images on atypical breast hyperplasia, combined with molybdenum target is helpful for higher diagnosis rate of it.关键词
