摘要

Abstract

A polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane silver ion-selective electrode based on 1,2-bis(3-aminophenoxy)ethane as membrane carrier was prepared. The influences of the nature of plasticizers and the amounts of the incorporated ionophore and ionic additive(KTpClPB) on the response characteristics of the electrode were studied. The electrode exhibited Nernstian response and fairly good selectivity with the response slope of 59. 9 mV/decade in the range of 10-6~10-3 mol/L,and the detection limit was 8.5 × 10-7 mol/L,and the linear coefficient was 0. 999 1. The electrode had a highly selectivity for silver ion over alkali,alkline earth and common transition metal ions.The electrode could work in ≤30 % ethanol aqueous solutions. This electrode could be used as the indicator electrode in titration of halide ions that in the tap water and vitamin B6 in vitamin B6 tablets ,and it was applied successfully in the determination of silver ions in real samples.
