成型磨齿机磨削烧伤的分析和防止措施
Analysis and prevention of gear grinding burning during form grinding
摘要
Abstract
Concerning the reduction of the rate of gear grinding burning in practical machining, this article gave a presentation of form grinding principles, the reasons for gear grinding burning and the measuring methods. Then it analysed some key factots which affect grinding burning, including the surface carburizing concentration, the microstructure of cementite, the grinding wheel and dressing roll, centering process, cutting parameters, and cutting oil. Finally it presented the relevant prevention ways.关键词
