Research progress on the bryophytes tissue culture
摘要
Abstract
Bryophytes are widely spread plants with abundant resources and various species. However, the study on bryophytes has just started and many of its applications have not yet been developed. This paper reviewed the application values of bryophytes according to related researches at home and abroad. The research progress and history on tissue culture of bryophytes were introduced. Meanwhile, the studies of culture materials of bryophytes, disinfection methods, basic media and culture conditions were analyzed and summarized. It was suggested strengthening physiology research and biochemistry research of bryophytes, exploring the application value of bryophytes, establishing tissue culture and rapid propagation system of bryophytes. The application prospects of bryophytes were put forward.关键词
