固氮·解磷菌剂对小麦种子萌发及田间小麦产量的影响
Effects of Nitrogen-fixing, Plosphate-solu bilizing Bacterial Agents on Wheat Seed Germination and Wheat Yield in the Field

Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide a reference for application of microbial agents in wheat field. [ Method ] In wheat germination experiments of soaking with agents, wheat seeds were soaked with equivalent water, bacterium agent W6, agent C4, agent S20, agent Yu62, composite agents A (W6, Yu62, S20 proportional compound), composite agents B (C4, Yu62, S20 proportional compound), composite agents C ( W6, CA, Yu62, S20 proportional compound ), respoctively. And shoot length, root length, fresh weight per plant, dry weight per plant, seed germination index, germination percentage and seedling vigor index were measured after germination. In wheat field experiments, bacterium agent W6, agent CA, agent S20, agent Yu62, composite agents A, oomposite agents B, composite agents C were inooulated on wheat root in wheat seedling, tilleting stage, respectively, and with water as a control. Plant height, grain weight and grain yield were surveyed. [ Result ] Wheat germination experiments showed that agents, in addition to CA treatment agents, the single strain W6, S20, Yu62 treatment and combined microbial agents treatment A, B, C increased the wheat seed germination rate, shoot length, root length, dry weight of single plant biomass, fresh weight of biomass per plant, germination index and vigor indices compared with the control. And combined microbial agents treatment C was the best. Wheat inoculated combined microbial agents trials showed that the combined microbial agents promoted growth of wheat and increased wheat yield, of which combined microbial agents treatment A, B and C increased 8.39%, 8.06%, 14.49% of wheat yield, respoetively. Compared with the control, combined microbial agents treatment A, B and C increased 5.6%, 0.8% of one thousand-seed weight, respectively, and 2. 93%, 1.51% of plant height, respectively. [ Conclusion] The combined microbial agent treatment C gave the best yield effect, an increase of 14.49% compared with the control, which would be used in agricultural production.关键词
