摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To observe the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of the stems of Oplopanax elatus Nakai in mice. [ Method ] Given with different doses of O. elatus water suspension for 14 days, the swimming endurance, anti-hypoxia duration, and content of blood lactic acidof mice were determined. [ Result] The mice treated with the water suspension of O. elatus Nakai at the daily dose of 5.2, 2.6 and 1.3 g/kg showed stronger anti-hypoxia effect and loading-swimming endurance and was lower in blood lactic acid. [ Conclusion] Oplopanax elatus Nakai is endowed with effects of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia.
