摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To observe the protective effect of swertiamarin on H2O2-induced apoptosis of rat' s cardiomyocyte and to explore its protective mechanism. [ Methods] Cultured with differential attachment methods, the cell viability and content of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Malondia ldehyde MDA of SD rat' s cardiomyocyte of were determined; the expression of bcl-2 and Bax of cardiomyocyte was detected with immunocytochemical staining and the cell apoptosis was detected using acridine orange staining. [ Results ] The rats given swertiamarin of three different concentrations was higher in survival rate of cardiomyocyte and SOD, and was lower in MDA, and was significant different from that in H2O2-induced group ( P < 0.05 ; P < 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Swertiamarin is endowed with protective effect on H2O2-induced apoptosis of rat's cardiomyocyte, which may be acted through influencing the oxidation system and regulating and controlling specific proteins of cardiomyocyte.关键词
