摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] This paper aims to establish a method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae by UPLC. [ Methods ] Chlorogenic acid analysis in Flos Lonicerae is performed on an ACQUITY UPLCⅢ BEHC C18 columnby a gracdient elution employing of acetonitrile -0.1％ acetic acid as a mobile phase. [Results]This methods has good linearity in the range of 2.0 -10.0 μg/L. The average recovery is 99.8％. RSD is 1.21％. [Conclusion]It indicates that the method is simple,sensitive and accurate with a good reproducibility,which can meet the demand for the determining chlorogenie acid analysis in Flos Lonicerae.关键词
