Abstract
[ Objective ] The paper aims to study the chemical constituents of essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. from different producing areas so as to provide references for the application of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. [ Method ] The essential oil is extracted by water distillation method and then analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result] Eighty compounds are identified from essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. from five producing areas. Eighteen compounds are all found in the samples from five producing areas. [Conclusion]The content and chemical constituents of essential oil of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. from different areas are varied.关键词
