草果开花结实的技术措施OA
Study on the Technical Measures of Amomum tsao-ko Flowering and Fruiting
[目的]为提高草果产量寻求一种较好的方法.[方法]设置自花授粉、异化授粉和自然条件下未进行人工授粉,研究了人工授粉对草果结实率的影响.采用正交试验,研究了花期使用外源激素和施肥对草果结实率的影响.[结果]人工授粉比大田自然状态下的结实率明显提高,同一处理水平下异花传粉OND结实率高于OOU;自花传粉OOU结实率高于OND.当外源激素和磷肥水平均较高时,结实率达到最大.[结论]在花期进行人工授粉以及使用外源激素能大大提高草果的结实率.
[ Objective ] The aim of the study was to seek a good way to increase the production of Amomum tsao-ko. [ Method ] The effects of artificial pollination on the fructification rate was studied by designing self-pollination, cross-pollinatiton and contrast. The effects of exogenous hormones and fertilization on the fructification rate were studied by orthogonal test.
