Abstract
There is strongly practical and theoretical significance to study that the government finances especially local finance play a supporting role of building a well-off society in an all-round way under the background of implementing sustainable development strategy. Based on the monitoring index system of building a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper makes full use of the existing measuring results which represent the realized degree in building a well-off society in an all-round way, and introduces the application of coordinated degree. On the basis of making the theoretical relationship clear between the government finances and economic and social development, the paper confirms that it is valid for local finance to support coordinated development. According to The weighted average method, the regression model, PCA model and so on, the paper use empirical analysis method to verify the fact that it is valid for local government to support coordinated development in local region and there is positive correlation obviously between the realized degree of development and coordination of development in Sanya city. In the light of analysis with the actual situation in Sanya, the paper proposed a series of policies such as Optimizing financial expenditure structure and giving priority to provide public products and services, Establishing permanent mechanism of financial guarantee to adjust existing benefit pattern and so on, which are helpful for local government during implementing strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way.关键词
