80例妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: Through the retrospective analysis of 80 cases of gestational diabetes of pregnancy outcome, to investigate the impact of gestational diabetes on maternal and children. Method: From January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital, We selected 80 cases of gestational diabetes,80 cases of normal pregnant women as control group, evaluated the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups. Result:The complications of pregnancy, for example, hypertension, premature delivery, hydramnios, the premature rupture of membrane, hyperlipidemia, huge fetal, fetal distress, and cesarean section rate, incidence obviously higher than those in normal group( P＜0.05 ）. Conclusion: Gestational diabetes affect maternal and children health , clinical management should be strengthened on gestational diabetes to improve the outcomes of maternal and neonatal and the quality of prenatal and postnatal.关键词
