循证护理在ICU患者中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of evidence based nursing for patients with complication in ICU. Method:80 cases patients in ICU were divided into the observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases ). The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method, the observation group took the evidence based nursing, and then compared their rates of nosocomial infection, unplanned extubation and tracheal tube blockage. Result: Comparing the results of two groups of patients, the nursing effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group ( P＜0. 05 ), such as the rate of nosocomial infection and unplanned extubation. Conclusion:Evidence based nursing applied for patients in ICU significantly reduce the rate of nosocomial infection,unplanned extubation and tracheal tube blockage, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.关键词
