Abstract
Postmenopausal hormone therapy ( HT )options, should take full account of each patient's own characteristics, including age, menopause duration, chief complaint, therapeutic purposes, with or without cardiovascular disease risks, etc. and should respect for the patient's needs and aspirations. What's more, the characteristics of individual drugs should also be considered. Only when the patient fully understands the pros and cons of HT, we could choose a special regimen for her, including personalized program, personalized dose, personalized administration route, personalized treatment period, to achieve most benefits and least risks.关键词
