摘要

Abstract

In the paper we studied nano -iron/hydrogen peroxide system with the degradation of 2, 4, 6 -trichlorophenol. With FeSO4 · 7H2O and KBH4 as the precursor, using liquid - phase chemical reduction method we obtained nano - iron, and the obtained particles were characterized by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) . By choosing 2, 4, 6 - trichlorophenol as the target pollutant, the influences of pH, the concentration of H2O2 , temperature, ionic strength and the amount of nano - iron on the degradation of 2, 4 , 6- trichlorophenol were investigated. The result showed that in the optimal experimental conditions, within 60 min more than 95% of 2, 4, 6 - trichlorophenol can be degraded. Initial pH was proven to have significant effect on the degradation and lower pH brought faster degradation rate. When initial pH was 3 , the effect was the best. From this experiment, we provided an effective method to degrade 2, 4 , 6 - trichlorophenol.
