摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To investigate the advantages of different serum transferring (TF) phenotypes in small tail Han sheep and provide a reference for early selection of reproductive traits. [ Method ] The serum transferrin polymorphism of 89 small tail Han sheep in Qinghai Province were studied by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). [ Result ] A total of 16 kinds of genotypes were measured in the serum transferrin locus of small tail Han sheep, which were controlled by seven alleles, namely, TFA 、TFB 、TFL 、TFO 、TFM 、TFC and TFE. TFCCand TFL were preponderant genotype (33.71％ ) and preponderant allele (0.455 1 ), respectively. The gene heterozygosity, the number of effective allele and the gene homogeneity index were 0.714 3, 3.500 2 and 0.277 6, respectively. [Conclusion] The small tail Han sheep in Qinghai Province showed a rich biological diversity and high genetic variability.关键词
