超声波法提取啤酒花中总黄酮的工艺研究
Study on the Extraction Process of Total Flavanone from Hops by Ultrasonic Wave Extraction
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aims to study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids from Hops by ultrasonic wave. [ Method ] With the content of total flavonoids as the observation index, the conditions for the extraction by ultrasonic wave are studied by the orthogonal experiment. [Result] The optimum extracting conditions are as follows: extracting for 40 min with 15 times of 60% ethanol. The ethanol amount has significant effects on the results. [ Conclusion] Ths procedure is convenient, appropriate and feasible.关键词
