甘蔗汁对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用
Research of the Hepatoprotective Effects of Sugar Cane Juice against Alcohol-induced Liver Injury in Rats

Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to investigate the hepatoprotective effects of sugar cane juice through establishing alcohol-induced liver injury pathology model of rats. [ Method ] Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including natural group, low-dosage group, high-dosage group and model group. Duplicated the animal models of alcohol-induced liver injury by the way of gaster “san hua” alcohol given,then gave the sugar cane juice to carry on the protection. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,malonyldiadehyde (MDA)content in liver tissue were determined respectively in all experimental rats. Liver tissue preparations were stained with HE staining. [ Result] Sugar cane juice can directly increase the activity of SOD,and decrease the content of MDA in liver tissue. Both low dose (7.5 ml/kg) and high dose ( 15 ml/kg) can effectively clear up reactive oxygen species (ROS) and free radical ,and improve the liver histology lipeid degeneration. [ Conclusion ] Sugar cane juice can effectively inhibit the lipid-peroxidation-infuced injury in liver,showed obvious protective effects against alcohol-induced liver injury.关键词
