摘要
Abstract
Hydropower station project always brings about flood and migration which will impact on the ecological environment of settlement region. This paper analyzes the emigration capacity of settlement region with a specimen of a hydropower station project, assesses the emigration impact on ecological environment of the settlement region, and effect on immigrated resident quality of the environmental condition of the settlement region. Based on these analysis, the measurement and supervision institution are put forward to reduce the disruption on ecological environment in the process of project construction. The results apply some suggestion for the environment assessment for the similar project,and provide bases for carrying out the ecological and environmental protection measurement.关键词
