2型糖尿病不同亚型住院费用分析
Hospitalization cost analysis of patients with different type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus subtypes

Abstract
To study the diagnosis and treatment cost of patients with different type II diabetes mellitus (DM) subtypes and provide the reference for its control by analyzing its difference and influencing factors. Methods Data about type Ⅱ DM patients admitted to a certain hospital in July 2008-February 2010 were collected. The patients were divided into different groups according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10). Hospitalization cost of the patients was statistically described with its difference and influencing factors analyzed. Results Type 2 DM was divided into 7 subtypes in 1 344 cases. The mean cost of each hospitalization time was (8.84 ± 6.34) thousand Yuan, with a highest cost of 89.21 thousand Yuan and a lowest cost of 1.43 thousand Yuan (mean 0.72 thousand Yuan). The fee of drugs and laboratory tests accounted for 30.99% and 30.83%, respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that type 2 DM subtypes, hospitalization time (days) and age of patients, and types of fee were the influencing factors for hospitalization cost. Conclusion The hospitalization cost is significantly different for patients with different type Ⅱ DM subtypes. Economic burden study, formulation of payment standards, control of diagnosis and treatment cost, and economic evaluation of cost should be analyzed for patients with different type II DM subtypes.关键词
