超声波气升式内环流反应器合成乙酸苄酯
Preparation of benzyl acetate on ultrasonic airlift loop reactor

Abstract
Acetic acid, hexyl alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid were used for the preparation of hexyl acetate by ultrasound at the ambient temperature.Ultrasonic intensity, flow rate, gas property, and reactor type were investigated.The optimum conditions were as follows: the single frequency of 10 kHz, ultrasound intensity of 1.0 W/cm2 and air flow rate of 0.3 L/min.The results showed that the ultrasound could enhance the esterification of the reaction and the yield of esterifieation was 65.8%.The reaction on airlift loop reactor with ultrasound was better than that without ultrasound.The method had advantages of mild condition, simple operation and high reaction rate.关键词
