摘要

Abstract

Using the H3204 as dispersant and the Y2O3 as sintering additive, AIN suspension for aqueous gelcasting was prepared. The effects of pH value, H32O4 amount and solid loading on the rheological behavior of AIN suspension were investigated. Experimental results showed that satisfactory and stable dispersion AIN powder in aqueous suspension ( 50. 8% ) was obtained under the condition of using the H32O4 as dispersant with 0. 9% of AIN powder, and pH value was 8.5. The suspension had good fluidity and was suitable for casting into mould.
