碎米花杜鹃根的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Roots of Rhododendron spiciferum

Abstract
Fifteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Rhododendron spiciferum by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral characteristics and identified as: ( -)-lyoniresinol ( 1 ), ( + ) -cyclo-olivil ( 2 ), (-)-lyoniresinoL-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), ( -)-lyoniresinol-9-O-β-D-xy-lopyranoside ( 4 ), eucryphin (5), 3,5,7-trihydroxychromone-3 -O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (6), naringenin (7), eriodictyol (8), taxifolin ( 9 ), catechin ( 10 ), trans-taxifolin-3 -O-α-L-arabinopyranoside ( 11 ), engelitin ( 12 ), trans-taxifolin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside (13) ,taraxerol (14) ,taraxerol acetate (15). Compounds 1-6,8,9 and 13-15 were obtained from Rhododendron spiciferum for the first time.关键词
