摘要

Abstract

Nine compounds were isolated from EtOAc extract of the Polygonum capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don.. Their structures were identified as quercetin 3-O-(4"-O-acetyl) -α-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 1 ), quercetin (2), quercitrin ( 3 ),myricetrin (4), quercetin 3-rhamnoside 2"-gallate (5), protocatechuic acid (6), daucosterol ( 7 ), gallic acid ( 8 ) and progallin A (9) on the basis of their physical properties and the spectral data. Compound 1 was isolated from the genus Polygonum for the first time,and 4 was isolated from the plant for the first time. The NMR spectroscopic characteristics of the acetylated rhamnose of flavonoids glycosides were summarized.
