摘要

Abstract

Dictyophora indusiata Fisscher fruitbody was extracted with water, and the antimicrobial effects of extract on five kinds of common foodborne pathogens were measured by agar plate drilling method. As the results, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) ,thermal stability,as well as antibacterial pH range were determinated. The results showed that D. indusiata fruitbody exhibited the most significant inhibitory action on Vibrio parahaemolyticus and moderate inhibiting effects on Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enteritidis, and Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, D. indusiata fruitbody showed low MIC,wide bacteriostasis pH range and strong thermal stability.
