Abstract
Through the questionnaire survey of 250 peasant households in Gansu Province, the features of rural non-governmental debit and credit in Gansu Province and its positive and negative impacts were analyzed, it was proposed to regulate non-governmental debit and credit by strengthening supervision, optimizing circumstances, building funds mutual aid organization and guiding the entry of non-governmental debit and credit capital into the regular financial institutions.关键词
