Abstract
This paper analyzes problems hampering the development of modern agriculture in this area, such as abominable natural environmernt, backward infrastructure, simple industry structure, low - level technology and so on so forth, and then puts forward the proposals and countermeasures on promotion of development of modern agriculture in this area, such as strengthening basic construction, adjusting industrial structure, developing educational career and increasing investment.关键词
