摘要

Abstract

Because the delay arming time of ball rotor safety device is too short to satisfy the delay arming requirement of small-caliber fuze, a double ball rotor technique is put forward. The relay rotation of the spherical shell and ball rotor is under the control of a dowel pin, which extends the delay arming distance. The feasibility of the device and the reasonableness of the simulation model were verified by experiment. The dynamic simulation of the double ball rotor device was completed by using the software of ADAMS. In a specific trajetory environment, the delay arming distance is 49. 455 m, which can satisfy the requirement of safety design guidelines for fuze.
