乌鲁木齐市3E系统协调发展评价研究
Evaluation on the Coordinated Development of 3E System in Urumqi
摘要
Abstract
With Urumqi for example, the coordination degree of its 3E (energy, economy and environment) system was evaluated. At first,an evaluation index system suitable for the study area was constructed and the index weight was determined by using APH method; then the model was used to calculate the development level and coordination degree of each sub-system in the study area so as to obtain the overall development level and coordination degree of 3E system. As shown by the results, the energy and economic system in Urumqi developed very fast, but its environmental system lagged behind, the development of 3E system was till uncoordinated. Finally some measures and suggestions were proposed to promote the coordinated development of 3E system in Urumqi.关键词
