授粉品种对'库尔勒香梨'果实萼片宿存及品质的影响
Effect of different pollinizer varieties on calyx retention and quality for ‘ Kuerlexiangli’ fruit
摘要
Abstract
‘Kuerlexiangli' (Pyrus sinkiangensi.s Yu)variety was used as materials to study the calyx-abscission rate and fruit quality by using 14 main varieties as pollinizers. The results showed that the rate of calyx-abscission in ‘ Kuerlexiangli’ fruit varied among different pollinizer varieties, the higher calyx-abscission rate were obtained while ‘ Xueqing’, ‘ Yali’ ,‘ Zhongli 1’ ,‘ Cuiguan’ were the pollinizers. The pollen xenia had obvious effect on ‘ Kuerlexiangli’ single fruit weight, firmness, soluble solids content and titratable acid content,however,effect was not obvious on vertical diameter,fruit-shape index and number of plump seeds. Acconting to the integrated resuh on calyx-abscission and fruit quality,it was concluded that,‘ Yali’, ‘ Cuiguan‘, ’ Zhongli I ’, ‘ Hosui’ and ‘ Dangshansuli’ are the better pollinizer varieties for ’ Kuerlexiangli’.关键词
