蕨类植物同工酶的遗传多样性分析
Study on the Genetic Diversity of Isozyme in Ferns
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of isozyme in 26 kinds of ferns. [Method] The zymograms of POD isozyme,SOD isozyme,CAT isozyme and EST isozyme in 26 kinds of ferns were analyzed,and the cluster analysis on 17 kinds of materials which had the banding was carried out. [Result] In 26 kinds of ferns,here were 17 kinds displayed the rich genetic diversity in the isozymogram. But their cluster analysis result didn't totally tally with the morphological classification. [Conclusion] The isozymogram provided the good research method for studying the genetic diversity of ferns but didn't support the morphological classification.关键词
