摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To research the influence of extraction by different solvents on antioxidative activity of Ficus carica leaves. [ Methods]Antioxidants from Ficus carica leaves were extracted by different solvents with microwave assisted extraction. The antioxidative effect of extracts on lard, the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging were investigated. [ Results]The antioxidation ability of extracts on lard was in the order of distiled water extract > 70 % ethanol extract > methanol extract > acetic ether extract > 100 % ethanol extract. The radical scavening ability of extracts on DPPH and ABTS was in the order of distiled water extract > 70 % ethanol extract > mathanol extract > 100 % ethanol extract> acetic ether extract. The IC50 of distiled water extracts for the DPPH was 0.49 mg/ml, and that for the ABTS was 1.54 mg/ml. [Conclusion ] The distiled water extract showed better antioxidative activity, which has the potential value to exploit functional antioxidant.
