摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate autologous fat granulars transplantation in facial conturing plasty. Methods Autologous fat granulars harvested by liposuction after purification was injected into recipient areas of face and neck with an amount of 30％ over. Results 269 patients (486sites)have undergone this procedure. Grafted fat volume ranged from 1 to 40 ml per site. After 3 to 36 months follow-up,The results have been excellent satisfactory with no severe complications such as infection, fat necrosis and fibrosis. Conclusion Autologous fat granulars transplantation is a safe and effective means to provide more complete facial conturing plasty.关键词
